Yoga by the sea
Our Yoga by the sea classes run year round (weather permitting). We offer 45 minutes of outdoor flow in beautiful surroundings, a great way to feel connected with our beautiful North Yorkshire coastline.
Class sizes are limited and social distancing of 2m+ will be observed throughout the class to conform with the
current government guidelines. All bookings and payment to be made online through our bookings page.
In these difficult times, it's really important that we still take time for ourselves and look after both body and soul. With this in mind we will be offering online yoga classes using the Zoom platform. Please get in touch if you need any help setting up the Zoom software.
The class meeting will open 10 minutes before class to allow a little time for connection before class begins.
Classes are £6 per class or you can pre-book a ten class pack for £50 (class packs can be used for both online and yoga by the sea classes). All bookings and payment can be made through our booking site following the 'book online' button below.

SUP Yoga classes
During the summer months we also offer Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga classes in both Whitby & Scarborough, this is a great way to experience the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and coast whilst challenging your muscles in a whole new way.
If you already have your own paddle board and are looking for a new challenge then SUP yoga is for you. We can also connect you with some of the local surf schools to hire a SUP board if you are excited to give SUP yoga a go but don’t yet have your own equipment.
When you join us for SUP yoga we will start by paddling out to the perfect spot, once anchored up your SUP yoga class will begin, after class you will then have time to play and experiment with your SUP yoga poses before paddling back to shore. The whole experience lasts for approximately an hour and a half.

Private classes can also be offered either online via Zoom or one to one in an outdoor setting if you prefer.
Vinyasa flow yoga
Our vinyasa flow yoga classes focus on moving through a sequence of yoga postures synchronising the movement with your breath.
All venues that we use are Covid-19 secure and we have risk assessments in place for each venue.
Tuesday evening classes from 5:30-6:30 pm at Flowergate Hall, Whitby.
