Introduction to SUP Yoga

Join us for our introduction to SUP yoga class, yoga specific paddle board and paddle provided. Spaces are limited to 5 participants. Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet or a wetsuit just in case you fall in. We'll start the class with a paddle out to our spot for yoga, where we'll anchor up and begin our SUP yoga flow. Once we've finished flowing you'll have time to have a play at some poses on your own and have pictures taken if you want. Then we'll paddle back to the beach. Meet at the car parking on Scarborough Spa Drive (what 3 words: went.orders.wooden, postcode: YO112HD) just by the slipway to the beach fifteen minutes before your class is due to begin. Classes will be added to the calendar for booking 4 days before so we can be sure conditions are safe to go afloat. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us as least 24 hours in advance, any cancellations after this time will not be refunded. If we have to cancel the class for any reason you will be issued with a class credit for a future class.
