Never tried yoga before? Worried about joining an established regular class? Do you want to delve a little deeper into the foundations of yoga? If so then this 6 week introduction to yoga is for you. We will break down poses in detail developing an awareness of how they feel and slowly introducing more new poses each week, working up to building flows into our practise. We'll start each class with some breath work to ease into the practise and finish each class with a short guided relaxation. The course is limited to 10 participants. All equipment provided.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us as least 24 hours in advance, any cancellations after this time will not be refunded. If we have to cancel the class for any reason you will be issued with a class credit for a future class or course.
