We've made it through the first full week of lockdown 2, to keep us going and hopefully help ease any stresses or anxiety, I've put together another short free guided meditation for you to try. This one is slightly longer - just over ten minutes, we sometimes include this one during savasana at the end of our online yoga classes when we have time.
