Filey yoga by the sea classes take place on Wednesday mornings (07:15-08:00) from March to October. When the tide is low enough, we meet on the beach just in front of the slipway that slopes down from the bottom of Cargate Hill. When the tide is too high to be on the beach our Filey yoga by the sea class takes place on the grassy section of the promenade just in front of the outdoor gym (What3words - backdrop.addicted.completed). Free parking is available on the roadside of Beach Road on Filey seafront (What3words - vows.perfected.refutes).
