About the event
Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minutes sunrise yoga flow on Filey Bay beach to celebrate the winter solstice. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers, hats, gloves and grippy socks. Also a nice idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet on the main section of beach just in front of the slipway that comes onto the beach at the bottom of Cargate Hill, look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us.
