Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minutes sunrise yoga flow on the star map in Scarborough to celebrate the winter solstice. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers, hats, gloves and grippy socks. Also a nice idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet in our usual Scarborough yoga by the sea location.
