About the event
Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minute sunset yoga flow to celebrate the summer solstice on Whitby beach. Whitby is one of the few locations on the East coast to see the sunset over the sea during the summer months, keep your fingers crossed for some clear skies as we flow. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers, it is also a good idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet on the beach either in front of the beach management centre of the surf school, look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us.
For parking park on North Promenade. Allow approximately 10 minutes to walk down to the beach.
