Summer Solstice Sunrise Yoga 2024

Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minutes sunrise yoga flow to celebrate the summer solstice. This year we will be  on the Star Map at Scarborough South Bay as the tide will be too high to be on the beach. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers as it will be a lot cooler that early in the morning! Also a nice idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet in our usual Scarborough yoga by the sea spot, look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us. 

For parking either park on the foreshore in front of Scarborough Spa and walk south along the prom, or park on Esplanade Road near to the Clock tower opposite shuttleworth gardens and head down past the Italian gardens to make your way to the star map. Allow approximately 10 minutes to walk from either parking location.
