Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minutes sunrise yoga flow on Cayton Bay beach to celebrate the summer solstice. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers as it will be a lot cooler that early in the morning! Also a nice idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet on the main section of beach just below the Salty Dog and the Lifeguard Station, look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us.Â
