About the event
Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minutes yoga flow on Whitby beach to celebrate the new year. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers, hats, gloves and grippy socks. Also a nice idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet on the main section of beach in front of the beach management centre, look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us.Â
