New Year's Day Yoga by the Sea Scarborough

Join Helen from Happy Seal Yoga for a 45 minutes yoga flow on Scarborough South Bay's star map to celebrate the new year. Wrap up warm with plenty of breathable layers, hats, gloves and grippy socks. Also a nice idea to bring a Dry robe or blanket for savasana. We'll meet at our usual Scarborough yoga by the sea location on the star map, look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us.
