About the event
This month our Happy Seal Hangout is in Sandsend after our Thursday morning yoga by the sea class. Treat yourself to a cuppa while we gather to catch up with fellow yogis. A perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow classmates. We have an hour between class finishing and the cafe opening so you can either take a dip in the sea or have a walk on the beach to fill the time in between. Please register to say if you are coming so that I can let the cafe know how many of us to expect.
