This yoga retreat day will take you to a special selection of secret places within the Coast & Camplight grounds, where we will practise different mindful activities to enhance our connection to nature. Included in the day will be various activities including a vinyasa flow yoga class, mindful meditation, yin yoga, yoga nidra, nature walk and a hearty home made veggie lunch. The yoga classes will be suitable for all levels.
