Harvest Moon Firelight Yoga

Join us for a blissful evening of yoga to celebrate the rising of September's full moon, the Harvest moon. Taking place in the rural grounds of the wonderful Coast & Camplight site in Stainsacre. 

18:30 Meet & Greet by the campfire

18:45-19:45 Full Moon inspired vinyasa flow as the sun sets

19:45-20:15 Yoga Nidra as the night draws in (keep your fingers crossed for clear skies!)

20:15-20:30 Closing circle around the fire

20:30 Head home

If the weather is clear we will be outside under the dark skies of the North Yorkshire Moors, if it is a little damp we will retreat into the 'Parashala' where we can still see the firelight as we look out from this cosy shelter.

Bring plenty of layers as the temperature will drop as the daylight fades.
