About the event
July 2nd marks five Happy Seal Yoga's fifth birthday, we are celebrating by having our usual yoga by the sea session on the beach followed by a gathering afterwards, stay as long as you want and feel free to swim in the sea (please note no lifeguards will be on duty so this will be at your own risk), chill on the beach or play beach games. I will be bringing some energy balls and birthday cake, bring your own refreshments if you want more to keep you going!
For one night only we are rolling the prices back to 2019 so it's just £5 to attend, £8 if you'd like to borrow a mat for the yoga.
