Yoga class on the beach at Cayton bay, students are in gate pose looking out to sea as the waves peel into the shoreline.

Cayton Bay yoga by the sea classes take place early Tuesday morning (07:15-08:00) from April to September. We meet on the beach below the Salty Dog and lifeguard hut on Cayton Bay, if the tide is too high we relocate to the concrete plinth just above the beach. Free parking is available on the roadside of Old Filey Road.
