Sirens Surf & Yoga


Female only surf and yoga sessions held throughout the summer in collaboration with The Surf Coach to give a supportive and progressive environment to fine tune your surfing. We offer weekly Friday evening sessions, day retreats and weekend camps. Suitable for beginners and intermediate surfers.

Matt Jones

Matt 'the surf coach' first qualified in 2006 and was one of the first professionally certified coaches in the Northern region. He has always coached freelance alongside other jobs (RNLI/Wave Project). Matt's goal has always been to ensure everyone learns in the safest and most suitable manner. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or currently looking to take your skill set to the next level, there’s always room for improvement.

We meet from 18:30-20:00 every Friday evening


May 26th-September 1st.


Each session combines yoga and breath work specific to the surf session that follows.


Spaces are limited to 8 per session so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

£40 per session or book 3 consecutive sessions for £100 (choose buy plan when booking for this option).

Treat yourself to a full day of surf and yoga in Scarborough. We host you from Scarborough's Buddhist Centre where we will hold the yoga sessions, break for teas & coffees and lunch. Surf session will take place on Scarborough's South Bay

11:15 tea/coffee break

11:30 surf environment theory session

12;30 light lunch

13:30-15:30 surf session

16:00-16:45 yin yoga to ease out the days exertions
