Covid-19

While the world deals with the current Covid-19 pandemic your health and safety is our priority, we have implemented the following guidelines for all classes and ask that you adhere to them for both your own safety and for that of others attending class. Keeping to the guidelines will hopefully mean we can continue to practise yoga together for the foreseeable future. Practising yoga will help maintain both physical and mental health through these troubling times.

Symptoms

Please DO NOT attend class if you are displaying any symptoms. If you have already booked a class and then present with symptoms please get in touch and we will give you a credit for a future class.

Class Sizes

We will adhere to government guidelines for maximum number of class participants at all times, class sizes are determined by the size of the space we operate in so each venue will have a different limit but all classes will adhere to 2m+ spacing to ensure adequate social distancing.

Social Distancing

When arriving and leaving class please keep 2m apart from fellow yogis

Place your mat behind the white cones which are spaced out to allow 2m between people.

Stay on your mat throughout class.

Hygiene

Please bring your own mat to class.

At our indoor venues use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival and before and after using the toilet.

Please wear a mask or face covering when entering and moving around the building at our indoor venues (you do not need to wear a mask during the actual class).

Booking & Payment

All booking and payment is to be done online through our booking page this avoids all cash transactions and will maintain social distance between you and the class teacher.
