Join us during the winter months at Flowergate Hall in Whitby, the Hall is located beneath the United reformed methodist church on Flowergate, head down the left side of the church next to bits n pizzas and the entrance is on your right hand side. Every Tuesday evening we will have a one hour vinyasa flow class for all abilities. We will focus on moving with the breath, please bring your own yoga mat. What3words address - wicket.broke.stag
