Our yoga by the sea class on Filey seafront is a 45 minute vinyasa flow taking place in the beautiful surroundings of the North Yorkshire Coast. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class is due to start, bring your own yoga mat and plenty of layers as the British weather can be unpredictable at the best of times, also so that you are able to stay warm during savasana at the end of class! When the tide is high, the class will take place on the grass just in front of the outdoor gym to the north of the toilet block next to the lifeguard hut. When the tide is low enough we’ll be on the beach, just look out for the Happy Seal Yoga flag to find us!
